Every 15 minutes, your routes get smarter.

Live traffic. Customer windows. Driver capacity. Routely sees it all and moves stops before drivers get stuck.

Live Re-Sequencing Engine

The re-sequencing engine that runs all day, not just at dispatch.

Most route planners run once and hand you a static manifest. Routely runs every 15 minutes — recalculating the remaining stop sequence against what actually changed since the last cycle.

Live traffic integration

Road incidents, congestion, and road closure data from Google Maps Platform and HERE Maps update the routing graph weight on every recalc cycle — not historical averages.

Customer availability windows

Service-level constraints fed in at import. If a customer shifts their window during the day, Routely re-scores the remaining sequence around it without any manual re-entry on your end.

Driver load balancing

When one driver runs ahead of schedule and another hits a dwell-time delay, Routely can redistribute remaining stops between them mid-day. Vehicle capacity and type remain hard constraints.

Driver App

Drivers see the updated stop order. No phone call needed.

When Routely re-sequences a route, the driver manifest updates on their phone in real time. No dispatcher relay, no ambiguity about which stop is next.

iOS and Android

Native apps built for in-cab use. Large tap targets, offline stop-data caching for low-coverage areas, and battery-efficient location reporting.

Push re-sequence alerts

Drivers receive one notification when their stop sequence changes. One tap to accept the updated order — navigation re-routes immediately to the new next stop.

POD capture at stop

Signature, photo, or barcode scan on delivery confirmation. Proof-of-delivery data feeds back to the dispatch view within seconds — timestamped and tied to the stop record.

Integrations

Your TMS, your ELD, your stop data — Routely reads all of it.

Routely connects through standard APIs or plain CSV. Most carriers are live within a day. No professional services engagement, no data migration.

Maps & Traffic

Google Maps Platform and HERE Maps feed live traffic and road incident data into the re-sequencing engine. Switch between providers or use both.

TMS Systems

Direct API integration with Onfleet, Routific, and FedEx SameDay. Connect your existing TMS and Routely pulls the stop manifest automatically at dispatch time each morning.

ELD & Telematics

Samsara and Verizon Connect integrations pull actual GPS position and vehicle status. Routely uses real driver locations to calculate ETAs — not projected positions based on the planned route.

CSV & Manual Import

No TMS? Drop in a stop list as CSV — addresses, time windows, load weights. Routely auto-maps your columns and generates the initial dispatch sequence within 90 seconds.

Run it on your actual stop list.

Import your existing manifest. Routely generates the optimized sequence and starts the 15-minute re-sequencing cycle. Free for 14 days, no credit card required.
