A vehicle is any driver unit that receives a dispatched route on a given day. Seasonal or inactive vehicles don't count until they're dispatched. If your active fleet fluctuates — common in regional delivery — we count the highest active-vehicle day in the billing month.

Dispatchers log into the web dashboard. Drivers use the mobile app, which is included at no extra charge on all plans. Driver app seats are unlimited — the plan limit applies only to active vehicles, not to the number of driver accounts.

No. Routely uses per-fleet pricing — you pay a flat monthly rate based on fleet size, not per driver or per stop. On the Starter plan, the 200 stops/day cap is the only usage limit. Operations is 1,500 stops/day. Fleet is unlimited. No hidden per-stop charges.
