The routing engine built around availability, not just distance.
A platform purpose-built for regional carrier operations — from stop ingestion to delivery manifest to ops reporting.
Platform Modules
Every layer purpose-built for last-mile ops.
Infralo's platform is modular — you connect the pieces your operation needs. Each module is designed with the specific constraints of regional carriers in mind.
The core algorithm. Ingests your stop manifest, cross-references availability signals, and outputs a re-ordered sequence optimized for first-attempt success — in under 90 seconds for most route sizes.
Aggregates multi-carrier delivery history, time-of-day residential patterns, and sparse signal triangulation to score each stop for home-presence probability. Updated continuously.
Pre-built connectors and REST API for the dispatch and TMS platforms regional carriers already run. Bidirectional sync — Infralo reads your manifest in, writes the optimized sequence back out.
Delivers re-sequenced manifests in the format your drivers or dispatch system expects — JSON via API, CSV export, or direct push to driver mobile apps.
Per-route, per-driver, per-zone delivery success tracking. Predicted vs. actual first-attempt rates, re-delivery frequency, and stop-level failure attribution — not a vanity dashboard.
Full REST API with webhook support for real-time status updates. Documented at /api/. Authentication via API key. Typical integration: stops in, sequenced manifest out.
Under the Hood
What "availability signals" actually means.
It's not GPS tracking of residents. It's pattern-based prediction — derived from aggregated delivery history across multiple carriers.
We aggregate availability signals from carrier delivery outcomes (no individual PII), time-of-day residency patterns, and multi-carrier sparse signal triangulation to build stop-level availability probability scores.
-
Time-of-day patterns
Residential delivery success varies significantly by time window. Infralo models historical success rates by hour and day-of-week at the zip+4 level.
-
Multi-carrier delivery history
Aggregated anonymized delivery outcome data (success / failed attempt / no-answer) from across multiple carriers creates a sparse-but-useful signal layer for residential zones.
-
No resident tracking
We predict availability from delivery outcome patterns — not from tracking individual residents. All signals are aggregated, anonymized, and used for pattern modeling only.
Manifest Output
Outputs in the format your operation already uses.
Infralo doesn't require you to change your dispatch workflow. The optimized sequence is delivered in whatever format your driver app or dispatch system consumes.
